Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Season the Ribeye

Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil and season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F or 232°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Steaks

Place the seasoned ribeye steaks on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare doneness. Adjust time for desired doneness.

Making Garlic Butter

  1. 4

    Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Stir in chopped fresh parsley and lemon juice. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cooking the Vegetables

  1. 5

    Prepare Seasonal Vegetables

While the steaks are grilling, slice zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Toss the asparagus, zucchini, and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Once the steaks are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve the ribeye steaks topped with garlic butter alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables.
