Salmon Burgers

Garlic Dill Sauce

Fresh Cut Fries

Method

Salmon Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon Patties

In a food processor, combine the salmon fillet, minced garlic, chopped dill, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well mixed but not pureed. Form the mixture into 4 patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Garlic Dill Sauce Preparation

  1. 3

    Mix the Sauce

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and salt. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.

  2. 5

    Bake the Fries

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 6

    Build the Burger

Toast the burger buns. Spread tartar sauce on the bottom bun, place the cooked salmon patty on top, add wild arugula and slices of vine-ripened tomatoes. Drizzle with garlic dill sauce, and top with the other half of the bun.
