1. Prepare the Rum Pineapple

In a bowl, combine diced pineapple with rum and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Grill the Pineapple

Preheat a grill over medium heat. Grill the marinated pineapple for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized and slightly charred.

3. Assemble the Sandwich

Slice the baguette or ciabatta in half. Drizzle olive oil on the cut sides. Layer the rosemary Tuscan ham, grilled rum pineapple, slices of fresh mozzarella, and pickled Fresno peppers on the bottom half of the bread.
