Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Garlic Mash

Peel and chop the potatoes and garlic. Boil them in salted water until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and garlic. In a bowl, add the butter and milk, then mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook the Sirloin

Season the sirloin with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the sirloin for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Sauté Seasonal Vegetables

In another pan, add a little olive oil and sauté the seasonal vegetables until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Plate and Serve

On a plate, serve the garlic mash topped with the sirloin and arrange the seasonal vegetables on the side. Garnish with chopped parsley.
