Seafood Selection
Method
Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Oysters
Shuck the fresh oysters carefully using a shucking knife. Place them on a bed of ice on the serving platter.
- 2
Slice the Tuna
Cut the sushi-grade tuna into thin slices or cubes, depending on your presentation preference. Arrange neatly on the platter.
- 3
Prepare the Crab Fingers
If using pre-cooked crab fingers, simply arrange them on the platter. If raw, steam or boil them until cooked and then cool before presenting.
- 4
Cook the Lobster Tails
Boil or steam the lobster tails for about 5-7 minutes until they turn bright red. Once cooked, let them cool, then slice down the middle and place on the platter.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Arrange lemon wedges around the seafood selection. Add a small bowl of cocktail sauce for dipping and sprinkle sea salt and fresh parsley over the entire platter for added flavor and presentation.
