Prepare the Cabbage
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove the core from the cabbage and place it in the boiling water. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the leaves are tender. Remove and let cool. Carefully peel off 12 large leaves.

Roll the Cabbage
Place a generous spoonful of the filling on each cabbage leaf. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Repeat until all filling is used.

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce and diced potatoes. Add a little water if necessary, and simmer for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Cook the Golabki
In a large pot, place the rolled cabbage. Pour the tomato sauce and potato mixture over the top. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and flavors meld.

Serve
Serve the golabki warm, garnished with fresh parsley, alongside a salad of your choice.
