Slice the Croissants
Using a serrated knife, carefully slice each croissant in half horizontally. Be sure to not cut all the way through; just create a pocket for the filling.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until smooth.

Spread Sauce
Take the bottom half of each croissant and spread a generous tablespoon of the mayonnaise-mustard mixture on each.

Add Turkey and Cheese
Layer about half a cup of cooked turkey breast on top of the sauce on each croissant. Place a slice of Swiss cheese over the turkey.
- 6
Add Vegetables
Place a handful of lettuce on top of the cheese, then add a few slices of fresh tomato on top of the lettuce.
- 7
