Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Start by rinsing the whole chicken quarters under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
- 3
Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken quarters to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- 4
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 5
Bake the Chicken
Place the marinated chicken quarters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
