Meat Loaf Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Shape the Meat Loaf
Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Ensure it is evenly distributed and smooth on top.

Bake
Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Rest the Meat Loaf
Once cooked, remove the meat loaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Add Broth
Gradually add the beef broth while whisking to avoid lumps. Continue cooking and stirring until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well, then remove from heat.
