Method
Prepare the Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Allow marinating for at least 30 minutes.

Add Cheese
During the last 2 minutes of grilling, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken, followed by mozzarella cheese. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
Prepare the Spaghetti

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and spaghetti pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes.

Drain the Pasta
Once cooked, drain the spaghetti in a colander and set aside.
Make the Spaghetti Sauce

Sauté Garlic
In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Assemble the Dish

Combine Ingredients
On a plate, place a serving of spaghetti, ladle the sauce over the top, and then place the grilled chicken on top of the spaghetti. Add more cheese if desired.

Serve
Garnish with additional Parmesan or fresh basil if desired and serve immediately.
