Method
Marinating Chicken
Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
Grilling Chicken
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Preparing Seasonal Vegetables
Prepare the Vegetables
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the seasonal vegetables by slicing the zucchini and bell peppers, and trimming the asparagus.
Serving
Plate the Dish
Slice the grilled chicken and serve alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables. Enjoy your marinated grilled chicken with a fresh, seasonal side!
