Brownie and Caramel Ingredients
Method
Instructions
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- 2
Melt the Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat.
- 3
Mix Sugars and Eggs
Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted butter until well combined. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- 4
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- 5
Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just blended.
- 6
Add Caramel Sauce
Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the caramel and drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top. Use a knife to swirl the caramel into the brownie batter.
- 7
Bake the Brownies
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 8
Cool and Serve
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm with a scoop of Udder Shock Ice Cream on top.
