Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Spread the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Prepare the Cauliflower Wings (Optional)
For the cauliflower wings, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.

Coat the Wings
Once cooked, toss the chicken wings in hot sauce in a large bowl until coated. For cauliflower, you can either toss them in hot sauce or serve with the sauces on the side.

Serve
Serve the wings with Ozark dill ranch and bleu cheese dressings on the side, along with celery and carrot sticks.
