Pulled Pork

Method

Cooking Method

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Rub the pork shoulder with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator for better flavor.

  2. 2

    Smoke the Pork

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the pork shoulder in the smoker and smoke for 6-8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

  3. 3

    Shred the Pork

Remove the pork from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes. Use two forks to shred the meat into bite-sized pieces.

  4. 4

    Mix with BBQ Sauce

In a large bowl, mix the shredded pork with BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar. Adjust seasoning to taste.
