Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the wood-fired chicken breast and cook until heated through. Remove from skillet, slice, and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream, goat cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked pasta and cherry tomatoes to the skillet with the goat cheese cream sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly. Add the sliced chicken on top.
