Shrimp and Battering Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bangin' Sauce

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Shrimp

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add cold water, mixing until a smooth batter forms.

  3. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a deep saucepan or fryer, heat oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  4. 4

    Batter and Fry the Shrimp

Dip each shrimp into the batter, allowing excess to drip off. Carefully place shrimp in the hot oil, frying in batches until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes). Remove and drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Toss with Bangin' Sauce

In a large bowl, toss the fried shrimp with the prepared Bangin' Sauce until evenly coated.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately with extra Bangin' Sauce on the side for dipping.
