Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Dip each chicken breast into buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.

Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated chicken breasts and fry for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make Hot Honey Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey and hot sauce. Stir until well mixed and warmed through. Remove from heat.

Prepare Slaw
In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well and set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich
On each Public House bun, place a fried chicken breast, drizzle with hot honey sauce, top with slaw, and add pickles to taste.
