Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Season the New York Strip steak on both sides with salt and black pepper. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them sunny-side up until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Plate the Dish

On a plate, serve the New York Strip steak alongside the crispy potatoes and top with the sunny-side up eggs. Enjoy your meal!
