Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.

In a fondue pot or a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the goat cheese, Gruyère cheese, and cream cheese. Add the minced garlic and dry white wine.

Place the pot over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth.
