Prepare the Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, ensuring they are evenly coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cream Sauce
In the same skillet used for the chicken, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet with the cream sauce. Add the roasted red peppers and cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
