Prepare the Steak
Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F to 500°F).

Add Rosemary
In the last minute of grilling, place a sprig of fresh rosemary on each steak for added flavor.

Rest the Steak
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into even-sized chunks.

Add Ingredients
Add the butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes. Stir until well combined and creamy.

Serve the mashed potatoes alongside the grilled ribeye steaks, garnished with extra rosemary if desired.
