Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for approximately 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Making the Sauce

  1. 3

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

Pour the vegetable broth into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Stir in the salt, black pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through.

Combining Pasta and Sauce

  1. 4

    Mix Everything Together

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetable sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and vegetables are evenly distributed. Stir in the fresh basil and remaining Parmesan cheese.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve the Pasta Primavera

Plate the Pasta Primavera and garnish with extra basil and Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot.
