Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C). Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place them on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into thin strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Place the vegetables on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Plate the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables. Serve immediately and enjoy!
