Add Flour
Sprinkle the flour over the sautéed vegetables and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring continuously to form a roux.

Add Broth and Potatoes
Gradually whisk in the chicken or vegetable broth, ensuring there are no lumps. Add the diced potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

Stir in Clams and Cream
Once the potatoes are tender, stir in the drained clams, heavy cream, and Alpine Touch seasoning. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the chowder to thicken. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Ladle the chowder into bowls and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot with crusty bread or crackers.
