Cooking Instructions
Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add squid ink spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the Shrimp and Calamari
Add the shrimp and calamari to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and the calamari is tender.
Incorporate the Tomatoes
Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until they begin to soften.
Combine with Lobster Broth
Pour in the lobster broth and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Mix in the Spaghetti
Add the cooked squid ink spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine everything. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
