Preparation Steps

Prepare Your Glass
Start by selecting a large wine glass or a highball glass. Fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Add Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

Pour Prosecco
Slowly add 3 oz of Prosecco into the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the Aperol.

Top with Soda Water
Add 1 oz of soda water to the mixture for some fizz.

Garnish with Orange Slice
Take a fresh orange slice and place it on the rim of the glass or drop it into the drink for garnish.

Stir gently if desired, and serve immediately while cold.
