Cooking Instructions
1. Marinate the Steak
In a bowl, combine the sirloin steak and adobo sauce. Ensure the steak is well-coated, then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
2. Prepare Vegetables
While the steak is marinating, chop the poblano pepper, red bell pepper, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
3. Cook Potatoes
Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool. Once cool, cut into quarters.
4. Grill the Steak and Vegetables
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from the grill and let rest. In the same grill, add the chopped vegetables and cherry tomatoes, grilling until slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
