Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge them in all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.

Make the Beurre Blanc
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers, scraping up any brown bits. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the butter until melted and the sauce is slightly thickened.

Cook the Orzo
In a separate pot, cook the tomato basil orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Serve
Place the orzo on a plate, top with the chicken, drizzle with the lemon caper beurre blanc, and serve the sautéed spinach on the side. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
