Crab Cakes

Prepare the Crab Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, chopped green onions, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix gently until well combined.

Form and Chill the Cakes

Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Cakes

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Combine the Slaw Ingredients

In a large bowl, mix together the shredded Napa cabbage, diced mango, shredded carrot, lime juice, and honey. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss to combine.

Key Lime Dijon Aioli

Make the Aioli

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, key lime juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
