Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pear Puree
Peel, core, and chop the pears. In a saucepan, add the pears and a splash of water. Cook over medium heat until soft, about 10 minutes. Blend until smooth, then set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts, cut side down, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown.
- 3
Add Prosciutto and Raisins
Slice the prosciutto into strips and add it to the skillet along with the golden raisins. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the prosciutto is crispy and the raisins are plump.
- 4
Combine and Serve
Drizzle lemon juice over the mixture, season with salt and black pepper, and toss to combine. Serve the Brussels sprouts on a plate with a generous dollop of pear puree on the side.
