Directions

1

Roast the Tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes or until they are soft and slightly caramelized.

2

Grill the Ciabatta

While the tomatoes are roasting, slice the ciabatta loaf in half. Brush the cut sides with olive oil and grill them on a grill pan or outdoor grill until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

3

Assemble the Dish

Once the tomatoes are done roasting, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. On a serving platter, place the grilled ciabatta slices, top each with torn pieces of burrata cheese, and spoon the roasted tomatoes over the cheese.

4

Finish with Balsamic and Basil

Drizzle aged balsamic vinegar over the assembled dish, add fresh basil leaves on top, and season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
