Prepare the Blueberry Mint Mixture
In a mixing bowl, muddle the fresh blueberries and mint leaves until the blueberries are broken down and the mint is fragrant.

Combine Ingredients
Add the fresh lime juice and rose water to the muddled mixture. Stir well to combine.

Add Sweetener
If desired, add honey or agave syrup to taste and mix until dissolved.

Serve with Seltzer
Fill two glasses halfway with the blueberry mint mixture. Top with seltzer water and stir gently to combine.
