Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Sauté the Asparagus
In the same skillet, add the asparagus and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Plate the roasted potatoes, lamb chops, and sautéed asparagus. Sprinkle the roasted potatoes with Parmesan cheese and drizzle any remaining social sauce over the lamb chops.
