Rub the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Make sure to cover all sides.

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Return the ribs to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 30 minutes. This allows the sauce to caramelize.
