Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Season the Ribs
In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this seasoning mix all over the pork ribs.

Bake the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet and cover them tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender.

Prepare the Vinegar
In a small bowl, mix apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce to create a tangy glaze. Brush this mixture over the ribs before serving.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Cheese and Seasoning
Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Add salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.

Serve the mac & cheese hot, alongside the ribs, drizzled with the vinegar sauce.

Prepare the Vinegar Sauce
In a small bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until sugar is dissolved.
