Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this spice mix all over the ribs.

Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover them tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Add Sauce and Vinegar
Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the foil, and brush the ribs generously with BBQ sauce. Pour the apple cider vinegar over the ribs.

Broil the Ribs
Return the ribs to the oven, set to broil, and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized. Watch closely to avoid burning.

Cook the Macaroni
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Cheese
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.

Bake the Mac & Cheese
Transfer the mac & cheese to a baking dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
