Method

Prepare the Wings

  1. 1

    Combine the Dry Rub

In a small bowl, mix together the dry rub seasoning. This can include ingredients such as paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. 2

    Coat the Wings

Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Sprinkle the dry rub seasoning over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 4

    Arrange the Wings

Place the coated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, making sure they are in a single layer.

  3. 5

    Bake the Wings

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping them halfway through.

Prepare the Vegetables

  1. 6

    Cut the Celery and Carrots

While the wings are baking, wash and cut the celery sticks and carrots into bite-sized pieces or sticks.

Serve

  1. 7

    Plate the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

  2. 8

    Prepare the Garnish

Serve the wings on a platter alongside the cut celery and carrot sticks. Provide a bowl of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
