Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

- 4
Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place two slices of pepper jack cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
French Fries
- 5
Prepare the Fries
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil and salt.
- 6
Bake the Fries
Bake the fries in the oven for the time specified on the package, usually around 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
Texas Twinkies
- 7
Prepare the Twinkies
If using pre-made Texas twinkies, ensure they are cooked and ready to be used. If making from scratch, prepare smoked jalapeños stuffed with brisket and wrap in bacon, then smoke until cooked.
Sriracha Slaw
- 8
Make the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, and sriracha. Mix well until everything is coated. Adjust the sriracha to taste.
Assembly

Assemble the Flame Burger
On a serving plate, place one beef patty, top with Texas twinkies, drizzle with Texas spicy BBQ sauce, and add the sriracha slaw. Finish with the second beef patty on top, then serve with a side of French fries.
