Method

Preparation of Meats

  1. 1

    Prepare Pulled Pork

Smoke the pork shoulder at 225°F for approximately 8-10 hours or until internal temperature reaches 195°F. Once finished, shred the pork with two forks and mix in your favorite barbecue sauce.

  2. 2

    Cook Turkey

Cook the turkey breast in a smoker until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let it rest before shredding.

  3. 3

    Prepare Brisket

Smoke the brisket at 225°F for 12-14 hours, ensuring to wrap it in butcher paper after it reaches 160°F. Slice the brisket against the grain once it reaches 195°F.

  4. 4

    SMOAK'd Salmon

Smoke the salmon fillet for about 1-2 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Glaze with your preferred marinade during the last 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cook Whole Chicken

Season the whole chicken and smoke it at 225°F for 4-5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow to rest before carving.

  6. 6

    Prepare Ribs

Rub the ribs with your favorite seasonings and smoke at 225°F for 5-6 hours, wrapping in foil after 3 hours to keep them moist.

  7. 7

    Cook Sausages

Grill the jalapeno cheddar sausage links over medium heat until fully cooked, approximately 15-20 minutes.

Preparation of Breads and Sides

  1. 8

    Bake Cornbread

Prepare a batch of cornbread according to your favorite recipe or mix. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.

  2. 9

    Prepare Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Warm the Hawaiian sweet rolls in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 350°F for a soft, fluffy texture.

  3. 10

    Make Coleslaw

Combine shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and chill before serving.

  4. 11

    Choose Additional Sides

Select two sides, such as baked beans or potato salad, and prepare them according to their recipes.
