Biscuit Base
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.
- 3
Cut in Butter
Add the cold unsalted butter into the dry ingredients. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Shape Biscuits
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently. Roll out to about 1-inch thickness and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.
- 6
Bake
Place the biscuit rounds on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Filling

Prepare the Filling
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, pureed pumpkin, and mashed banana until smooth and well combined.
