Making the Flatbread

Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms.

Roll Out the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle or circle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Cook the Flatbread
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the flatbread for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
Making the Mac n Cheese

Cook the Pasta
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix until well combined.
Assembling the Flatbread

Layer the Ingredients
Spread the mac n cheese mixture evenly over the cooked flatbread. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and chopped green onions on top.

Add BBQ Sauce
Drizzle original BBQ sauce over the entire flatbread to taste.

Return the assembled flatbread to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the flavors meld together.
