Burger Patties

Pulled Pork

Buns

Method

Prepare the Beef Patties

  1. 1

    Season the Meat

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently to combine without overworking the meat.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the seasoned beef into 4 equal portions and form into patties, making them slightly larger than the buns since they will shrink while cooking.

Cook the Beef Patties

  1. 3

    Grill the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Prepare the Pulled Pork

  1. 4

    Heat the Pulled Pork

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the pulled pork with K.C. Sweet BBQ sauce. Stir until heated through.

Caramelize the Pineapple

  1. 5

    Grill the Pineapple

On the same grill or skillet, add the pineapple rings and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized and golden brown.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 6

    Layer the Ingredients

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a beef patty, followed by a slice of pepper jack cheese, a generous scoop of the pulled pork mixture, a caramelized pineapple ring, onion straws, and pickled jalapeños. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve the Burger

  1. 7
