Meat Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brisket

Season the brisket with salt and pepper. Smoke or roast it at 225°F (107°C) for 8-10 hours until tender.

  2. 2

    Cook Pulled Pork

Rub the pulled pork with your favorite seasoning blend. Cook in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours or until it shreds easily.

  3. 3

    Grill the Sausage

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the sausage on the grill for about 12-15 minutes until fully cooked, turning occasionally.

  4. 4

    Prepare Chicken Thighs

Marinate the chicken thighs in your favorite marinade for at least 1 hour. Grill or roast at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.

Side Dishes

  1. 5

    Prepare Coleslaw

In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, carrots, and coleslaw dressing. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  2. 6

    Heat Baked Beans

In a saucepan, heat the baked beans over medium heat until warmed through, about 10 minutes.

  3. 7

    Bake Cornbread

Follow package instructions or a recipe to prepare cornbread. Bake until golden brown, usually about 20-25 minutes.

  4. 8

    Prepare Pickles

Place pickles in a serving dish for easy access.

Sauces

  1. 9

    Serve BBQ Sauce

Pour BBQ sauce into a serving bowl.

  2. 10
