Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the chicken with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Breading Station

In one bowl, mix together the flour and cornstarch. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each piece of marinated chicken into the egg mixture, then coat it in the flour-cornstarch mixture. Ensure all pieces are well-coated.

Frying the Wings

  1. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 5

    Fry the Chicken

Carefully place the breaded chicken pieces in the hot oil. Fry in batches for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate.

Preparation of Sauces and Vegetables

  1. 6

    Prepare the Sauces

In small bowls, pour each of the BBQ sauces (Original, Nashville, KC Sweet, Texas Spicy, Thai Chili, Alabama White) for serving.

  2. 7

    Prepare the Vegetables

Cut celery and carrots into sticks and arrange them on a serving platter.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve the Dish

Arrange the fried boneless wings on a serving plate. Serve with the vegetable sticks, ranch dressing, and blue cheese dressing on the side. Enjoy!
