Prepare the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the Cajun seasoning and stir to combine.
Boil the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and drain.
Prepare the Ginger Mustard Aioli
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated ginger, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Serve
Serve the boiled shrimp with cocktail sauce on the side and the ginger mustard aioli for dipping.
