Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Brownie Batter
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, mixing until combined. Stir in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- 2
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and chile de arbol powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Bake the Brownies
Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 4
Let Cool and Serve
Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm topped with dulce de leche, a scoop of cinnamon ice cream, and fresh strawberries.
