Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Rinse the fish fillets, shrimp, and mussels under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Sauté Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Cook the Fish

Add the fish fillets to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Add Shrimp and Mussels

Once the fish is nearly done, add the shrimp and mussels to the skillet. Cover and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and mussels have opened.

  5. 5

    Finish with Lemon and Parsley

Remove the skillet from heat. Squeeze lemon juice over the seafood and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the seafood warm, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
