Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.

2

Sauté Garlic

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn it.

3

Add Lobster

Add the lobster tail meat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until just cooked through. Add chili flakes and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

4

Combine Pasta

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the reserved pasta water, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

5

Finish with Cheese

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan Reggiano. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

6

Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and Parmesan, if desired.
