Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ahi Tuna

Cut the sushi-grade ahi tuna into small cubes and place them in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, mix the gochujang and soy sauce until well combined. Pour the dressing over the cubed tuna and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Wonton Crisps

In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the wonton wrappers until golden and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Carrots

Julienne the carrots into thin strips.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

In a serving bowl, place the marinated tuna, top with pickled ginger, seaweed salad, julienned carrots, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Garnish with chopped green onions.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the poke with wonton crisps on the side for dipping.
