Preparation of Fries

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and cut the russet potatoes into thin fries.

Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Cooking the Burger

Prepare the Patties
In a bowl, mix the American Wagyu beef with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Form into two burger patties.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Blacken the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, adding the smoked cheddar on top in the last minute to melt.

Assemble the Burger
Place the cooked burger patties on the buns, add crispy bacon, sliced jalapenos, and drizzle hot honey on top. Close the burger with the other half of the bun.
